Celebrate the arrival of 2026 in true Barossa Style at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort!

Set outdoors around the resort’s poolside and lawn area, this family-friendly evening brings together great food, lively music, and festive atmosphere in one unforgettable setting.

Enjoy a BBQ Buffet Dinner designed to please every palate, all taking place under the stars and overlooking the stunning Barossa Valley views. Indulge in a delicious buffet menu featuring Marrakesh Spiced Lamb, Chicken with Garlic, Lemon, and Thyme, Minute Steaks and Haloumi & Vegetable Skewers all accompanied with sides and salads. To keep you cool, we will have a Make-Your-Own Sunday Station with Fresh Fruit Platters for dessert.

Dinner service starts from 6:30 pm and you’ll enjoy festive DJ music, creating the perfect atmosphere to celebrate with family and friends.
