Limited Edition Pizza & Beer Nights – Friday 11 & 18 July!

 

Join us for a limited series of Pizza & Beer Nights at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort, happening on Friday, 11 & 18 July 2025 between 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Barossa Valley, this outdoor event offers the perfect blend of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live entertainment.​


Enjoy a gourmet pizza at just $25, cooked to perfection in our traditional wood-fired oven. Pair your meal with selected beer, wine and soft drink as you relax by the fire pit, enjoy live music, and take in the panoramic vineyard views. Whether you're a local or visiting the region, these special nights promise a memorable experience. Spaces are limited, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot and don't forget to dress warm!

All pizzas feature house made sourdough pizza base with your choice of the following:

 

Margarita ~ Heirloom tomato topped with mozzarella and oregano

Fungi ~ Creamy mushroom, sour cream, mozzarella and truffle oil

Pepperoni ~ Barossa Fine Foods pepperoni topped with Fior di Latte and Penfield olive oil

Prosciutto ~ Confit garlic, prosciutto, Fior di Latte, spicy honey and topped with fresh rocket
